Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms govern your use of W AUTO POST. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME NOT YET CONFIGURED] (“we”, “us”), the operator of W AUTO POST. If you are using W AUTO POST on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. What the service does
W AUTO POST lets a social media agency manage content and publishing for its clients: storing media, composing posts, scheduling them, publishing them to connected social accounts through those platforms' official APIs, and giving clients a space to review content before it goes out.
The service depends on third-party platforms that we do not control. What can be published, when, and which metrics are available are determined by those platforms.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- Agency administrators can see and manage all data belonging to their clients. Client users can only see their own.
- You must not share a login, attempt to access another client’s data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
4. Connecting social accounts
- You may only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorised to manage.
- Connections use each platform’s official OAuth flow. You must not attempt to connect an account by any other means.
- You remain bound by the terms and policies of each connected platform, including its rules on automation, content and advertising.
- We may suspend a connection if a platform requires it, or if we believe it is being used in breach of that platform’s rules.
4a. Platform terms you are also bound by
Connecting an account means you are also bound by that platform's own terms, and by the developer terms under which we integrate. Where they conflict with these terms, the platform's terms take precedence for anything concerning that platform.
- YouTube — W AUTO POST uses YouTube API Services. You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- TikTok — the TikTok Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines.
- Instagram / Meta — the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. API publishing requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page; that is Instagram's restriction, not ours.
We will suspend or remove a connection where a platform requires it, or where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of that platform's rules.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the content you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you have chosen, at the times you have scheduled.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through W AUTO POST:
- is yours to publish, or is licensed to you for that purpose;
- does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- complies with the rules of every platform it is published to;
- complies with applicable law, including advertising disclosure requirements.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use W AUTO POST to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing material;
- operate spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
- circumvent any platform’s rate limits, verification, authentication or content policies;
- interfere with the operation of the service or gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In particular, we cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will publish where a platform is unavailable, has changed its API, has rate limited the account, has revoked an authorisation, or rejects the content.
Where publishing fails, the service records the reason and surfaces it. Temporary failures are retried automatically; permanent ones are reported for you to act on.
8. Intellectual property
The W AUTO POST software, interface, name and branding belong to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. Names and logos of third-party platforms belong to their respective owners; W AUTO POST is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time through the Data Deletion page.
- We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by a platform or by law, or where continued use presents a security risk.
- On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion policy. Some records, such as audit logs, are retained where we have a legitimate or legal reason to keep them.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement, that results from any published content will meet expectations, or that third-party platforms will behave in any particular way.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION NOT YET CONFIGURED], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
