Cookie Policy

Wautopost uses a deliberately small number of cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics script on this site.
Our approach
We only set what the service needs to work. Because we use no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies, there is no optional-cookie category to consent to, and so no consent banner is shown. If that ever changes, we will introduce a proper consent mechanism before setting any non-essential cookie.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the service to function and cannot be switched off without breaking it.

Local storage
We store one preference in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, is never sent to our servers, and never leaves your device.
wap-theme— remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. If you leave the theme set to “System”, nothing is stored at all.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking.
- No third-party analytics scripts.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No fingerprinting.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking the authentication cookie will prevent you from signing in to Wautopost. Clearing local storage will simply reset your theme preference to follow your system setting.
