W AUTO POST is a social media management platform built for agencies that publish on behalf of other people. It brings every client, every connected account, and every scheduled post into a single operational dashboard, and gives each client a separate, much simpler space to review the content going out in their name.

The problem it solves

An agency managing a dozen clients is usually managing several accounts for each one. Done manually, that means logging into account after account, keeping schedules in a spreadsheet, chasing approvals over email or chat, and discovering a failed post only when someone notices it never went live.

W AUTO POST replaces that with one system:

• All accounts connected once, through official platform authorisation.
• One calendar across every client, account and platform.
• Approvals that happen in the product, with a record of who decided what.
• Publishing that runs on the server and reports exactly what happened.
• Failures that surface immediately, with the real reason and a way to retry.

Who it is for

Social media agencies, content studios and freelance managers who publish for clients and need both operational control and a clean way to show clients what is happening. It is not a personal scheduling tool — the whole model assumes one operator serving many separate clients whose data must stay separate.

How the agency workflow runs

1. Set up the client. Name, timezone, and whether their content requires their approval before it can be scheduled.
2. Connect their accounts. The client authorises through the platform itself. No passwords change hands.
3. Produce and compose. Upload the media once, then give each destination account its own caption and publish time.
4. Get sign-off. The client reviews on their phone and approves, rejects or asks for changes, with a comment.
5. Publish and monitor. The scheduler handles the rest. Account health, failures and results are visible throughout.

How we build it

Two principles shape the product. First, we work only through official platform APIs and proper authorisation — no scraping, no automated logins, nothing that asks a client to weaken their own account security. Second, separation between clients is enforced in the database itself rather than by hiding things in the interface, so one client cannot reach another's data even by crafting a request directly.

We also try not to show numbers we cannot stand behind. If a platform does not report a metric, the product says so instead of displaying a zero.
